Door fatigue test bench

What we offer:
durability vehicle door testing performed opening door from outside and closing door from inside; door can be opened from inside using the opening lever; test cycles allow free movement of the door;
capability to work from –20°C to +80°C with 90% of humidity (up to –40°C as optional);
capability to be used with different cars and commercial vehicles;
ergonomic operator pit and user friendly operator interface;
linear actuation to perform door opening and closing testing from outside or from inside, using the opening lever (optional);
window testing synchronized with door testing using integrated power supply (optional);
capability to interface to door ECUs via wired signals or communication buses;
test automation and report generation (optional);
adaptability to different door handles (optional).

AMET distributes and supports Mechanical Simulation Corporation (www.carsim.com) products in Italy France, Spain, Portugal and Eastern Europe.
MSC products include CarSim, TruckSim, BikeSim and other tools for vehicle dynamics modeling and simulation
CarSim, TruckSim and BikeSim simulate the dynamic behavior of racecars, passenger cars, light trucks, and utility vehicles.
It is built on decades of research in characterizing vehicles and reproducing their behavior with mathematical models CarSim is used to design, develop, test and plan vehicle programs.
CarSim combines a complete vehicle math model with high computational speed. CarSim easily supports real-time (RT) testing with hardware in the loop (HIL) using systems from most RT suppliers. This speed also helps with software that requires many repetitions (optimization, DOE, etc.).
